a Thai man killed eight of his neighbors in a rage after they sang John Denver’s “Take Me Home,
I can understand you people not liking my beloved John Denver, alright... but killing people for singing this song is just a little extreme people. The above is the state song of Colorado, I think.... and the favorite song of David Michael Gilbert, a kid with tourettes who was tortured by bullies until he killed himself. Garrett, Indiana, has blood on its hands to this day for this travesty... so, Please, a little respect for the Rocky Mountain High, people.... Denver was a good guy. Maybe this is not your taste, but killing people.... the same thing happens in There with Frank Sinatra's My Way (Anka wrote it). They had to take it off the Karaoke because people kept getting killed over the braggy lyrics, and their own bad singing. Fine, kill the people who are into Sinatra, I could care less... but John Denver's ghost does not approve of murder at all. Sinatra on the other hand, likes to take bets on how many people will get killed when one of his songs is sung, and considers it a great honor. He greets the ghosts as they come in, gets them drunk... sets them up with a starlet angel. He's okay, but hardcore.
