The RABID distrust of our government is out of hand. Alienates people so much that they think they are powerless. . . when quite the opposite would be true, should they have the slightest inkling of what gathering together and demanding change could achieve.

Starts with science, goes down to government, and is either up or downed in popular opinion. Opinions then flow like great waves across the planet, sweeping away all that has come before... changing everything everywhere. God gives us the Science and the Elite run the government. My only opening is public opinion. This has proven to be enough again and again.
The People are going to go be very upset about what has happened to them . They will look for victims. I plan on telling them concentrate on the future, on change, though I do not expect to be listened to when I become a civilian again. Every good general knows when the time has come to give the power back to the people, they should shut up and listen.
