    In the states, they have been cutting the wages of the police, and putting them in Danger here in Chicago by cutting the force down to where they have to patrol alone... and those are not good odds in some neighborhoods -- where they are seriously outgunned. They are Union folks who understand collective bargaining. If you do not make them your enemy, you have a good friend... a standing army even.
