This should be the message from the left. If Obama truly can do no better than he can do, and no other strategy will move ahead the agenda toward fairness in healt care, then what the hell? I wish him the best. I may not love the way that politics are going always, but it ain't over until it is over -- maybe there will be this massive change for the better? Why not retain Hope in Obama, instead of judging him harshly on one issue? Oh, well. Health care will come around one day, hopefully. Glad me and M are insured. Wish all of you were... you certainly deserve to be.
The Insurance Companies? I think the time will come when they are forced to compete with a govenment plan. Sooner or later. Reality is we cannot afford what we pay much longer. Rates are going up while wages are going down.
So fucking Kick Ass Obama, and don't let the bastards get you down... we may not show up to the rallies to shout down these fascist right wingers, but we do know where they live.... just kidding. But paranoids they are over there, they should know that by going to these rallies, they are getting on goverment lists to be rounded up by the black helicopters, on that fateful day when they shall roll into town... so, maybe you just stay home and commit suicide?
People acting like they are revolutionaries because they oppose Obama is embarrassing history. He is still the best agent of revolutionary change the white house has ever seen. I'm sure he is going to get this one together... if not, what do they do... except try again soon, or go the Canadian model of passing thelaws on a state by state basis, and wait for the federal government to catch up?
Oh, well.... I'm just sick of people being all for obama and then turning on him during his first year in office. He is not Bush, he is just dealing with all the shit Bush left him.
all true...
