Recently I heard someone on C Span talking about how our press was destroyed when after world war two, when we no longer needed our propaganda machine in Europe when the war ended, and shut that one down, but kept the one here inr the good old USA...
i have watched them snatch stories out of the press, lots of stuff that is reported for a day and then disappears. Like the member of Seal Team Six who talked to the press about their mission, and said they were sent in with SHOOT TO KILL orders for the person said to be Ossama Bin Laden... who may have been, for all I know... AND THEY ALL DIED THE NEXT DAY...( too convenient for anyone in the military to think of as anything except INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES GONE DARKSIDE had killed the very men they LIONIZED before they became WHISTLE BLOWERS... NOW THEY ARE BASICALLY BEING FORGOTTEN... NOT BY ME... OF THE NAVY SEALS... OR THE MARINES, ARMY, SAILORS, HISTORY, ETC... or, one day, the courts).

CIA and FBI set up a propaganda machine in the media, and the movies, and television.... Owlsey --spelling? ex head of the CIA said they OWNED ANYONE OF SIGNIFICANCE IN THE MEDIA... came right out and told us the truth. DID WE ACT ON IT? Obviously Not.
Listen to the spies if you want to find out the truth... I learned this studying Military Intelligence, from the people, usually people pissed off about their dealing with intelligence enough to lecture us on top secret matters that broke his Loyalty Oath with the government, and could have landed him in jail if someone had pressed the issue. As far as I know they never did they man I am referring to, the Navy Seal who is a main character in my first book is based on him, hence the Top Secret Intelligence in the book, hence my having deal with the CIA as soon as I was launching my literary career and finally starting to get books out...
Knowing about spies and how they see the world, their culture, and how tight fisted they are about the media, and how unlike China they hide it alll... and are willing to kill to do so.... has helped me greatly in understanding how the HYPEREALITY IS ENFORCED ON A DAILY BASIS...
But they also hire the smartest people on the planet to do studies, andlike I said, they are very accurate... Go to the CIA's sites on line and read their own reports predicting revolutions throughout the states and the world in the next twenty years, as the population/resources equation topples millions into poverty, and out right landless hunger. They have done remarkably well so far... at predicting the future, or making it... when they can, which isn't always, that is for sure.
NOW is the time to act, physically, and have our own days, maybe not of rage, but disgust... downright disgust. I prefer the protesters have funny signs, and no desire, what so ever, to be less than civil to law enforcement, even if you do run into an asshole, and hopefully, the ones assigned to the protest will have better judgement than that... never add blood to the water when there are sharks around, they turn on each other in a feeding frenzy, destroy themselves and everything around them. I call such police protester violence stupid but mostly BAD TACTICS. You need to be better than that to survive and navigate the world of being a radical. Jail is no place to have to do your activism from... believe me.
